Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Printing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our digital printing department. The Digital Printing Manager will work closely with our sales team to understand our clients’ needs and ensure that we are delivering high-quality digital print products on time and within budget and will report directly to the vice president of Kolay Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the digital printing department, including scheduling, workflow, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and productivity.

• Work closely with sales and production teams to understand client needs and project requirements.

• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital print products.

• Ensure that all printing projects are completed within budget and within established timelines.

• Train and supervise digital printing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate printing processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital printing technologies and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, printing management, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in digital printing operations and management

• Proven track record of managing digital printing projects from start to finish

• Strong technical knowledge of digital printing equipment and software

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
